Not everybody knows everything; a few people know a lot about a few things. It is very effective to have a few passionate experts collaborate--even argue!--and eventually reach consensus on a technical topic.  Have your wiki champion to encourage experts to engage and collaborate on topics dear to them.  Dee Elling
